In 3 short weeks we’ll be off and riding. 9/1 (Tuesday) is the final day for being able to order your ride T-shirt. You can order it while registering up until then. It’s only $15 and comes with your choice of 4 colors and men/women cuts. Register at https://cottonpatchchallenge.com/registration/.
If you’ve already registered and still want to order a T go to this link and login to order. You should be able to log into your account and still order. If you have difficulty call me and I’ll assist, or better yet, just text/email me with your name, shirt color and size, M or F and your CC 3 digit code. Do NOT send your full Credit Card number, just the 3 digits on the card on file.
You can also now view all the routes on one map at https://ridewithgps.com/events/136646-2020-all-routes. Pick your poison as they say. In addition both Richardson Bike Mart and Rockwall Cycling will be available on the route for bike repairs as needed. If you have a break down our drivers can be notified to pick you up and take you to be repaired and return to your route. All SAG trucks and rest stops will be equipped with air pumps for your convenience.
We are all systems go. Registration will end after 9/12. This is so we can plan accordingly for COVID precautions required by the city of Greenville.
With that in mind, please understand the CPC staff had to jump through a lot of hoops to get clearance to hold the event. Some aren’t exactly convenient but we do have to comply so if anything seems a bit “over the top” in your mind you have to understand that we probably had no choice in the matter. Still it will be a fun ride and a great day to get out-doors and tour the area country-side.
We’ll email you with final details (also posted here) as we get closer to our day. Also everyone will receive a copy of your registration receipt a day or 2 before the ride with your QR code and bib number.
Finally, we’ll send you again your link to the necessary liability waiver for you to complete your registration and your check in procedures.
See you in Greenville.
